Trading Partner Item Needs To Be Updated (Doc ID 2530002.1)

The Trading Partner Item was created and saved with the incorrect trading partner item number. Instead of using the Trading Partners Item as "TPNUMBER12345" it was captured as "XXXXXX" which is the Item number in the ITEM MASTER. Is there a way to update the Trading Partner Item Number from "XXXXXX" to the correct one, i.e. "TPNUMBER12345"?
