FBDI Templates with 'Excel for Mac'

Symptoms
When downloading the FBDI templates from docs.oracle.com, an error occurs.
ERROR
This workbook contains content that isn't supported in this version of Excel.
To view the unsupported content in the file, you can open the workbook as read-only.
However, if you change and then save the workbook, unsupported content will not be saved.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-management/18c/index.html
2. Choose your release
3. Click on the Books link on the left side of the window
4. Scroll down to the Development section.
5. Open the html link for File-Based Data Import for Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud
6. Choose your template.
7. Try to download
