Cannot Open The Mobile Application From URL Link In Email (Doc ID 2530436.1)

Symptoms

On clicking the link which was received in an email on a mobile device (both iOS and Android) the web browser launches the OTM page instead of launching the OTM Mobile Application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Mobile press the OTM Application Link
Mobile opens the OTM Application in a Web Browser.
