ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While adding a target connection to an integration, the following error occurs:
The application has encountered an unexpected error. Please check the applications connection detail, credentials and retry your request.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM
------------------------------------------
1. In a new EBS instance, all ISG and OIC setups are done.
2. Metadata Provider and Event Manager APIs are deployed in EBS Integration Repository and grant is given to ‘SYSADMIN’ user.
3. EBS connection was successful in OIC when tested in another instance which is using the same agent
4. In Integrations, drag and drop the target connection

The connection is tested in a new instance
