Unable to set same resolution codes for different outcomes

Customer has requirement to use same resolution for mupltiple Outcome, but when customer try the same they get the below error
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[ORA_SVC_SR_RESOLUTION_CD ISSUE__CREDIT 0 0 null]
1. Login to environment
2.go to set up and maintenance
3.go to Manage Service Request Outcomes and Resolutions task
4.select any outcome and add the resolution code which is already there for another outcome.
