On : NA version, Route to OCI Cloud Ops

Incoherent date format in TEST and PRODUCTION environment

The date format shown in both the Test environment and Production environment appears to be different. The format shown on production is dd-mm-yyyy, while on test it is mm-dd-yyyy although Test is a replica of the Production environment.
