Symptoms
Save automatically a Service Request after run an Action Button
Action Button configured with "Save and edit the record" or "Save the record and return to the previous page" options cannot be selected in the Details Layout Page (is greyed out).
- create action button on standard object
- pages -> details page page layouts -> custom layout ->edit summary -> button cannot be selected (button is greyed out in Available buttons)
The button is available only if 'Do not save the record' option is used when creating the action.
