Unable to update the effective date of a clearance reset through spreadsheet
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log on to RPM.
2.On a clearance which is active apply the clearance reset.
3.Once the conflict check is completed and clearance reset is approved update the effective date of same clearance reset through spreadsheet
Notification tab on the application displays that there is a conflict.
4.Upon viewing it there is a message no data to display and also the effective date for the clearance reset is not updated.
Tried updating the effective date from UI still the same issue persists.
