Symptoms

When attempting to make outbound WS call to consume an Oracle Cloud Fusion Apps Web Service, the following error occurs.


Due to this issue, Fusion Apps Web Service method cannot be consumed from Java Cloud Service and therefore application cannot embrace such functionality.
