Passport: After a Post Results failure, how long will it be until it is tried again? (Doc ID 2530880.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Due to connectivity issue (covered by a PIN/PCN), passport service provider received an error when attempting to post results back to Taleo.  A certain number of days later the provider tried again and was successful.

After above there was a customer question regarding how long it is supposed to be before results are processed in Taleo after a connectivity issue has caused the result posting failure?
