Information in this document applies to any platform.
A newly implemented Passport service fails when the service is requested for the first time in a zone. Symptoms include:
- The request status ends up being 'unable to process'.
- For the above attempted request, investigation by Taleo integration support finds a 'Service Unavailable 503' error in the logs.
- A connection test of the service's endpoints by support fails a connectivity handshake test.
A Passport service was deployed to the zone.
