Some Web Service Calls Run But Never Complete or Display an XML Response (Doc ID 2531192.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running a Web Service call from within the SOAP UI application, for example getCompleteBPRecord, it continues to spin and never runs or returns an XML Response, even after increasing the timeout setting.  Running a different Web Service call against the same record, for example getBPRecord, returns an XML Response.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Web Service call should complete and/or return an XML Response.
