Widget JS loads via IP or internal hostname and fails which breaks the application (Doc ID 2531328.1)

Symptoms

On the Storefront, intermittently you will see the requests to some or all the widget js files goes through IP address or internal hostname instead of the domain name.

This request will fail until you add an exception to the IP address in the browser certificate exception list.

For example:

Error: Script error for: https://129.XX.XX.XXX/file/v324962XXXXXXX/widget/v9/<widgetname>/js/jsname.min.js

OR

Error: Script error for: https://vmatgXXXX001.oracleoutsourcing.com/widget/v9/<widgetname>/js/jsname.min.js
