Issue Changing the OrganizationID Associated to a Logged in B2B Shopper in the Current Session (Doc ID 2531358.1)

Symptoms

When a b2b shopper who is associated with 2+ organizations logs into the storefront, the system automatically logs them into the marked default organization for the purposes of displaying prices or other site resources.
If during that session the shopper's default organization association is changed to another organization (through direct API calls or some other means), when the logged in user navigates the storefront they continue to be treated as if they are logged in to the original organizations with respect to prices displayed, templates loaded etc...

Customers want the shopper to immediately be switched to the 'new' default organization within the same original session, i.e. without having to log out and back in again.
