Symptoms

Incorrect Withholding Taxes were calculated if The Prepayment is applied after Invoice is Validated.

 1.Create Prepayment with VAT and Withholding
Prepayment : 300,000
VAT          30,000
Withholding  -6,000
AP           324,000


2. Create Standard Invoice with VAT and Withholding

Expense:     500,000
VAT          50,000
Withholding  -10,000
AP           540,000

3. Apply Prepayment to standard Invoice

3. Apply Prepayment
Outstanding Prepayment Oracle Version : 210,000
