STOP Rule Did Not End Date The Element. How to end date it automatically ? (Doc ID 2531582.1)

We have Used STOP Rule to End Date the Recurring Element(Information Classification). But the Element is still appearing in the Element Entry for employees and we are not able to attach the same element because of entry exist for the same.
For Example, Employee A got a Loan and it has been completed on March. Now we need to give another Loan in April. We are not able to attach Loan element because of previous loan entry still exist.

We are having many employees and it is not possible to end date element entry in manual.
