Unable To Find The Log Files For Old Processes (Doc ID 2531604.1)

We have the logging setup in the application from the live date (Dec-17) and had the ability to collect the logs as required in the respective periods.
Recently we observed an issue in the current month results which are affected by the run in Sep-18, we try to find the logs for the process but are unable to find the respective logs.
We do not have issue getting the latest logs but we are unable to find the logs for the process that refer to older period. Please let us know how we can collect those respective logs.
