Employee Calculation Card Has Duplicate Assignments (Doc ID 2531649.1)

Goal

When attempting to create association details for Employee Calculation card GOSI, the user is seeing duplicate assignments in the Assignment Number LOV.
After saving the GOSI cards, when run quick pay for employee, the following error occurs:


It looks there are Orphan Records which the user cannot delete neither in UI nor with HDL.
Request a script to be provided for orphan records deletion.
