Customer performs a hire and even if the transaction is approved the employee cannot be found in person management page - transaction failed with error:

Employee should be found in person management page after hire.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Login as HR Specialist and go to Navigator -> My Client Groups -> New Person -> Hire an Employee
2.) Fill up all the mandatory details for the hiring and then Review and Submit
3.) It goes for Department Head Approval.  Approved
4.) It goes for HR Specialist Approval.  Approved.
5.) Searching for employee on Person Management, not visible.>
