Ability To Use New Version Of Clause Immediately (Doc ID 2531799.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contract_Search returns only old versions of clauses


I created two clauses:
Clause 1
Name: test Number:3110 version 1
Clause 2
Name: test Number:3110 version 2

I created a draft Terms template :”testing”. When I tried to insert the new version (v2) of the above clause into the terms template, I had results only the old version (1) instead of the latest version (2). Ideally in the search results should bring us the new versions only.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever a new version of the clause is approved, in the terms template search result, latest version should appear

Also, there should not be a delay in applying the changes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a second version of a clause
Go to terms template
Add clause
In the search result still see the first version (Version 1)
Add it
Next day, see version 2.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is no consistency in modifying/adding new clauses to the terms templates
