Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The HMRC Retrieval Process seems to complete successfully but customer is unable to retrieve the files as no UCM number is available. One of the log files of the process shows:

Entered HMRCDataRetrievalJobExec execution
Web Service null
Error: java.lang.NumberFormatException: null
AM is: oracle.apps.hcm.locGB.payrollSetup.applicationModule.HMRCRetrievalAMImpl@1b22785f
AM Released successfully

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Information to be retrieved by the HMRC Retrieval Process.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the HMRC Retrieval Process.
2. See the status of the process and the details retrieved
