Goal

the are few issues related to right to left RTL in Hebrew:
Issue#1 – Assignment notification in the application - is displayed in LTR in Hebrew
Issue#2 – Bell notification “new” blue icon is not presented in Hebrew
Issue#3 – Primary Point of Contact Phone on SR header Is not presented well In Hebrew
