SOA Instance Not Starting After Adding/scaling Up Storage (Doc ID 2531854.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Core SOA Product Issues

SOA instance is not starting due to failure during  scaling up of disk storage. During server start it fails with error below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

-------------------------

1. scale up storage for SOA CS instance and restart the instance.
