On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Inventory Management
When user submit a miscellaneous transaction for approval, an error occurred:

An error occurred while initiating the approval task flow. Contact your help desk. (EDR-2580007)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opt in Capture Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures for SCM Transactions
2. Configure E-Signature Preferences->Miscellaneous Transaction
3. In BPM worklist ->MtlManagementEreslnline Task, add the approval group
4. Create Miscellaneous Transaction and submit for approval
