Multiple Roles Assigned To Participant Instead Of Updating Existing Role (Doc ID 2532247.1)

Roles are not assigned to participants based on Role rules.
Created few Roles & Participant Assignment Rules for 'Consumer BU'. Multiple roles were associated with the Participant instead of updating the existing role.


Participant Role Code: 2019 N-CBU_ALL_PSMSE02

Participant Assignment Rule:
Rule Name: CBU_ALL_PSMSE Rule
Assignments: Role = CBU_ALL_PSMSE
Qualifying Criteria: Role Code = 2019 N-CBU_ALL_PSMSE02

1. Executed 'Run Participant Assignment Rules' for the BU, Role 'CBU-ALL-SE' was assigned instead of 'CBU-ALL-PSMSE'.
2. Removed the role from assignments for the Rule and added it back.
3. Executed Run Participant Assignment Rules' again for the BU, one more role 'CBU-ALL-PSMSE' was assigned to the participant instead of updating the existing role. This is not the expected behavior.
