Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

- When attempting to run Calculate Payroll, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
- Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship XXXXXXXXXXX.
- An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME.(ETNAME=US_RESIDENCE_STATE_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
- An error occurred when processing formula US_TAX_HOME_STATE.
- An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=)(FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=An external function call error occurred for formula US_ORG_TAX_OVERRIDE_VALUE, line 414.)
- An external function call error occurred for formula US_ORG_TAX_OVERRIDE_VALUE,line 414.
- An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location pydirsgdflexseg:2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 - Expected for the employee to process successfully through payroll.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a payroll user.
2. Go to Navigator > Checklist.
3. Go to Submit a Process or Report (Right Side Task Pane).
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for Calculate Payroll.
5. Enter Parameters > Submit.
6. Noted Behavior Displayed.
