Deal Registration - How do we map custom contact fields at Opportunity conversion?

We've exposed the New Contact & New Account attributes for Deal Reg.
We have a custom field, Salutation, on the Contact object that we need to map between Deal Registration and Contact. How can we map this?
We've created a custom field Contact Salutation to capture the Salutation, but there does not appear to be a way to map this. How can we do it?
