Forward Button is Replaced by Submit Button on Career Center Application Workflow (Doc ID 2532791.1)

Symptoms

When a candidate applies on the Career Center, they are able to complete Step 2 but then cannot proceed to Step 3.

Rather than presenting the candidate with a forward button (→) that allows the candidate to proceed to Step 3, the Career Center presents a Submit button. Clicking Submit prompts error messages related to missing data (that the candidate cannot resolve).
