US Localization: Missing W2 For An Employee (Doc ID 2532821.1)

Goal

We have an employee that has brought to our attention they have a W-2 issue. This one was a rehire but did not receive a W-2 at all. We would like to know what is the issue and why employee not able to see the W2 in self-service.

We can confirm that W2 has been generated for the employee through the Payroll calculation -> Person-> View process results.

The employee has the following roles attached to them :
Role: Employee
