On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receiving

Not able to run Update Inbound Shipments Webservice

Customer is trying to run REST API in order to Update Inbound Shipments.
In the definition the request URL it is defined as /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inboundShipments/{ShipmentHeaderId}

From the GET operation, obtain correct ShipmentHeaderId value and tried to make the call but is getting the response 

  Status: 404 Not found
