On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Performance

Not able to login for staging

While attempting to login in Test Environment, the following error message is displayed.

ERROR

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login in Fusion Application.
2. receive error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login in the Environment.
