Imported Bank Account dose not Have Cash Account Value (Doc ID 2533161.1)

Symptoms

When User import bank account  using Spreadsheet(RapidImplementationForCashManagement.xlsm),
Bank Account is created.But the Bank Account dose not have Cash Account value.

(Reproduce Steps)
1.Download Spreadsheet(RapidImplementationForCashManagement.xlsm) from Create Banks, Branches, and Accounts in Spreadsheet
2.Enter cash account value in the spreadsheet
3.Import the spreadsheet
4.Created Bank Account dose not have cash account value
