Goal

Release 13 19A : Position Budget change

There is change mentioned for Position budget :

A new attribute Delegate Position has been added. In a future release this attribute will be used for line manager synchronization based on the HCM Position Hierarchy. Could you please explain

Also, please let us know if we give a budget amount, will it be based on headcount like if we have a headcount of 2 and the budget is completely utilized between the 2.
If customer wants to hire a new person under same position, will it restrict the hiring with error that budget has been utilized completely and there is no budget available for further addition of the employees?
