ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Test environment dashboard is different than production dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Test and Production should be the same showing same icons for same logged in user cwatkins

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC Test Instance as xxx -> No Sales Icon
2. Login to OSC PROD Instance as xxx -> Sales Icon is visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This issue is impacting testing the update for 19A that came to stage last weekend.
