Symptoms

AD HOC MESSAGE does not render in email client. Instead the HTML is displayed.

This can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Find a buy shipment
2. Go to Actions, Shipment Management, Utilities, Compose and send message
3. Select Ad Hoc message type
4. Enter in both contacts to receive the email
5. Enter subject and test
6. Hit send

Email is received with HTML code as message versus message text.
