When attempting to terminate employee, the approved termination request is still in Pending status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Employee Termination;
2. The Approved Termination Request is Still in Pending Status;
3. The Transaction can not be found under Transaction Console only by SQL querying.
