On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, .Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When updating Promotion information for an employee in a Comp Plan the Proposed Employment details is not auto populating the Salary Low, High and Midpoint range fields.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Because the Job, Position is associated to the Grade rates in Core HR expect it to auto populate in Promotion as well.

The Job and Grades are auto populating when populating the Position but Salary Ranges are not.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Compensation > Admin Worker > Search employee > Select Plan > Promotion tab > Populate Proposed Position (or Job) and Salary Ranges do not populate.
