ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System asks for an expiration date when creating an LPN even when the parameter 'prompt-batch-expiry' is set to 'NO.'
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Items that are Batch controlled
2. Config screens
3. prompt-batch-expiry - no
4. rf - Create LPN
