Resolve Service Request Popup Screen Shows A Page

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Service Requests
When selecting Actions> Resolve... the Resolve Service Request popup page shows a blank screen.
The screen should not be blank and show the fields on the page
The issue can be produced with the the following steps:
1. Edit an SR
2. Click on the Actions menu and select Resolve option
