Symptoms

When Trying to add Catalog Items to Cart, following error occurs

Error:
"The item is not available (POR-2010201)"


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to requisitions work area
2. Select the little shopping cart icons to select items in the Recent purchases window
3. Observer error:
The item is not available (POR-2010201)
