Symptoms

The error An error occurred while processing the data. Cancel and reenter the transaction. (PER-1531806) occurs when attempting to:

Process an assignment change via the UI (e.g., Change Assignment, Change Direct Reports, Promote, etc.)
Load workers via HDL

Note: In some cases, the user receives a failed approval notification and the PER-1531806 error is found within the Transaction Details Report.
