INDIVIDUAL COMPENSATION SHOWING DIFFERENT PLAN WHEN SAVED

Why when you award bonus/allowances the 'Individual Compensation Plan' is not working correctly as the option is not showing up after you allocate bonus/allowance and it shows different plan rather than what you selected?
