Activity Complete Date Is Getting Updated With One Day Less With Visit Plan Completed Date

Payment Activities Shows One Day Less than the 'Visit Completed Date'
We are facing issue upon click in 'Complete Activities', Activities Complete date should stamp with Visit Plans 'Completed Date', but 'Completed Date' is stamped with one day less than entered Complete Date in Visit Plan
The end user time zone and locale is setup correctly
‘Activities’ Completed Date should stamp with Visit Plan Completed date upon click on 'Complete Activities' button
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Subjects screen
2. Drilldown on Screening #, navigated to 'Clinical Subjects Activities View'
3. Select 'Visits' tab navigated to 'Clinical Subject Visits View' with "Visits Plan" applet and "Activities" applet under Visits plan
4. When we click on 'Complete Activities' button for Completed Visit all Activities under it is stamped with Visit Complete Date
5. But issue if Visit Plan 'Complete Date' is 13-May-2019 all Activities Completed Date is stamped with 12-May-2019
