Goal

How to make a change to the quick actions Add a Contingent Worker and Hire an Employee. Is it possible to change update the templates for these quick actions and to add flexfields?

Customer requirement is to use these quick actions but we currently do not find it possible because we are missing some of our own flexfields that are critical to us when making such actions as adding employees and contingent workers.

How do I go about and edit quick actions?
