Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During ERP go live, several Legal entities were setup as Payroll Statutory Units (PSU).
Now the user has made the change in the affected POD to classify them as non PSU and have associated new PSU.
When user made this change, they are not seeing PSU populated on Manage Payroll Relationships screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Manage Payroll Relationship page should show the new PSU.
STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the legal entities to make them as non PSU.
2. Navigate to Person Management page.
3. Search an employee and go to Manage Payroll Relationship page.
4. Observe that PSU is not populated.
