Symptoms

Check printing started failing after upgrade. Printing worked prior to upgrade.

BI Publisher log shows following error:

[121918_193115204][oracle.xdo.delivery.http.HTTPClient][STATEMENT] closeConnection() exiting
[121918_193115205][][ERROR] oracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /u01/APPLTOP/instance/BIShared/BIPublisher/repository/Admin/Resource/SSLCertificate (No such file or directory)
at oracle.xdo.service.delivery.impl.DeliveryServiceImpl.deliverToPrinter(DeliveryServiceImpl.java:528)
at oracle.xdo.webservice.jrf.PublicReportServiceImpl.deliveryDocument(PublicReportServiceImpl.java:2292)
