A package with a new application configuration is available. Many users have downloaded and synced but one user has issue where it will not download and they are still getting required field message that was removed several weeks ago. We have uninstalled and reinstalled OSC for Outlook and it is still not working. User very frustrated because he cannot enter new contacts.
