Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to use the new data security auto-provisioning feature, we have successfully set up an auto-provisioning rule within Manage Data Access Set Data Access for Users but the rule has not auto provision any DAS to users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The auto-provisioning feature should auto provision roles and DAS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a setting for users based on Default Job, BU, Department, Legal Employer,  Hire Date,  Effective Start Date, Country

2. Have roles flagged as autoprovision

3. Have a Role Mapping Rule that will cover the users settings

4. Run the Autoprovision Roles for All Users, Import User and Role Application Security Data, Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes and Roles are correctly auto provisioned but no DAS.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot automatically assign DAS trough auto provisioning, and the DAS needs to be assigned manually taking more time setting users data access
