ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After end-dating an OSR in the UI, the OSR cannot be added to another party.

ERROR
-----------------------
A record with the value CSV,2019042401 already exists. Enter a unique value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After end-dating the OS/OSR on one party, expecting to be able to add it to another party.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Organizations
3. Search and edit an organization
4. Switch to the Source System References subtab
5. Edit the OSR and enter the To Date
6. Unable to add the OS/OSR to another party

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot move the OS/OSR to another party.
