JCS-SX Admin Console Not Able to Load Log Files (Doc ID 2535135.1)

Symptoms

Download the logs from JCS-SX admin console fails with below error:

An error occurred while getting the log message

Also, CLI tool is failing with time out errors: 

D:\oracle-javacloud-sdk\oracle-javacloud-sdk\lib>java -jar javacloud.jar -dc us2 -user username -id identity_domain_name -si instance_name -query-service-logs -application APPName -last DAY -unit 1 -limit 10 -severity

WARNING,ERROR,INCIDENT_ERROR,NOTIFICATION,TRACE -output D:\test.log

[ERROR] - java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
